About this place
Slurping thin, smooth house-made noodles dipped in a richly flavored dashi broth is an everyday pleasure. Opening from 7:00 in the morning on Kamata Chuo-dori, Yudetaro makes an easy drop-in spot whether grabbing a quick bite before work or pausing for lunch during the workday.
Diners can choose classic chilled mori or warm kake soba, with portions readily adjusted up to omori, tokumori, or even a generous 1-kilogram serving when a larger meal is in order. Rice pairings are equally varied, featuring sets centered on Sangenton pork katsudon, sweet-and-savory kakiage vegetable fritter bowls, egg-bound tentojidon, and fried chicken oyakodon. A selection of mini bowls—such as mini kakiage, mini pork, and mini curry—makes it straightforward to match the meal to your appetite.
The morning menu includes breakfast sets pairing soba with curry, takana greens, or natto, alongside an asa-kitsune soba served with your choice of raw or soft-poached egg. A self-serve corner supplies tempura flakes, condiments, and sobayu noodle cooking water, allowing guests to add crunch to their broth or dilute the dashi for a warm finish after eating. Orders are placed through a cash-only ticket machine, seating is arranged primarily around counter stools, and the shop is closed on Sundays.
